1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery within Pakistan: Usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer to deliver.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order amounts (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

  • Novel Herbs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at novelherbspk@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged parcel or product.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
